Motorsport Partnering Mini on their return to the World Rally Championship

The official Mini team entered the World Rally Championship for the first time in almost fifty years this year. With Castrol as an official partner for the team on its return, Mini is hoping to work towards a serious championship challenge in 2013.

Following the success of its famous victories in 1964, 1965 and 1967, it was felt that 2011 was the right time for the Mini to make a comeback to the Championship, which is regarded as one of the toughest motorsport competitions in the world. Its 13 events in 13 countries test the drivers and their cars to the limits.
